    LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

    All STAKEPULLER products have passed rigid factory inspections and are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. Any STAKEPULLER product that is abused or used for purposes other than those for which it was designed is excluded from this warranty. Please return the unit to the place of purchase or to the factory (proof of purchase is required). The liability of STAKEPULLER CORPORATION is limited to replacing the unit with an equivalent product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

    A: Not at this time, however a growing number of tool rental companies are aquiring the stake pullers. You may want to check with a tool rental company near you. If they don’t have one, ask them to get one so you can rent it!

    A: The military required us to pull a 7/8 inch steel rod driven 9 feet into the ground. We tested this in five different locations and we were able to pull them within 68 to 74 seconds! That’s pretty deep!
